In 2020, amidst the challenges of the global pandemic, two sisters—Munkhzul in Mongolia and Bolorchimeg in Switzerland—turned their longing for connection into a shared vision. Despite the distance, their internet conversations blossomed into a collaboration, combining their individual talents to create the handmade brand Bloro&Muzla.
Munkhzul, with her experience crafting children’s clothes, and Bolorchimeg, with her expertise in bag-making, united their skills to fulfill a childhood dream. Today, Bloro&Muzla produces unique clothes, bags, and accessories that reflect their deep-rooted creativity and commitment to sustainability. Each piece is crafted in limited quantities, featuring intricate designs made from textiles, embroidery, and hand-crafted materials, ensuring every item tells its own story.
At Bloro&Muzla, fashion is about more than just aesthetics—it’s about sustainability and individuality. Their vibrant collections incorporate eco-friendly materials like cotton, wool, and leather, with a focus on reducing waste. Even leftover fabric scraps are creatively repurposed into one-of-a-kind items, embracing a philosophy that stands firmly against fast fashion.
One of the brand’s most enchanting features is its nature-inspired accessories. Earrings, brooches, and keychains are crafted from real flowers—such as Edelweiss and Forget-Me-Nots—picked from the Mongolian mountains. These delicate blooms are carefully dried, preserved in polymer clay, and sealed with a protective coating, making each piece a wearable tribute to Mongolia’s natural beauty.

At Steppe Mind, we are passionate about discovering and supporting brands that embrace Mongolian culture and sustainability. Bloro&Muzla is a perfect example of this vision—combining craftsmanship, heritage, and eco-consciousness to create timeless products. We proudly promote their work through our own purchases and partnerships, helping amplify their impact on both the environment and the global market.
Bloro&Muzla is more than a brand; it’s a story of resilience, creativity, and shared dreams—crafted to last, just like the products they create.
